Question: I am a contractor working for a government agency. Am I allowed to purchase agency-branded apparel or other agency-branded items?

Answer: No. Agency-branded items are restricted to personnel who are directly employed by the government agency. Contractors, vendors, consultants, temporary workers, and other individuals who are not directly employed by the agency are not eligible to purchase these items.

FEDS Apparel will only process and ship agency-branded items to personnel who are directly employed by the applicable government agency. If you are working with or providing services to a government agency as a contractor, this does not make you eligible to purchase restricted agency-branded merchandise.

If you are unsure whether you qualify, eligibility is based on your direct employment status with the agency, not simply on whether you work at, work with, or provide services to that agency.
