I am retired from my old agency, can I purchase an item with it's logo?Updated 11 days ago
Question: I am retired from my former government agency. Can I purchase an item featuring that agency's logo or branding?
Answer: No. We sincerely thank you for your service to the American public and appreciate your contributions during your time with the agency. However, FEDS Apparel can only sell items featuring an agency's official logos, names, lettering, or other agency-specific branding to active personnel who are currently employed by that agency.
Retirement from an agency does not qualify an individual to purchase or receive agency-branded items. Eligibility is based on your current active employment status, rather than previous employment, length of service, or retirement status.
This means that former employees, retirees, alumni, and individuals who previously worked for the agency are not eligible to purchase items branded with that agency's logos or lettering through FEDS Apparel.
Example: If you previously worked for Agency A and have since retired, you are not eligible to purchase Agency A-branded apparel or merchandise. Even though you were formerly employed by the agency, FEDS Apparel's eligibility requirements apply only to individuals who are currently active personnel employed by that agency.
If you are currently employed by a different government agency, you may be eligible to purchase items branded for your current agency, provided you meet FEDS Apparel's other eligibility requirements.
