Capability Statement

FEDS Apparel runs production operations 24hrs 6 days a week (closed Sundays). With the exception of Federal Holidays, and inclement weather that creates unsafe working conditions for FEDS Apparel staff.

PRODUCTION DEMAND AT THE TIME OF ORDER WILL DETERMINE LEAD TIMES

Screen Printing Capability (estimate based off 8HR production block)

• 10,500* Completed Printed Shirts
  • *Total based off six color, three location print (ex. Front, back, and Sleeve)

Embroidery Capability (estimate based off 8HR production block)

• 100-400* Completed Items (shirts, hats, jackets, etc)
  • *Total based off average runtime of 10 minutes per shirt with no customization.
  • Output will vary by level of customization, and logo detail.

Patch Making

• 1000 (Embroidered) a week regardless of size.
  • Patch making is a similar process to embroidery but has it's key differences. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply. MOQ will vary based on size and complexity.
• 2000 (Printed) a week regardless of size.
  • Patch making is a similar process to screen printing but has it's key differences. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply. MOQ will vary based on size and complexity.
